Step 1: Strategic Scan
Every engagement begins with a strategic scan. For many organizations, an “outside looking in” perspective can uncover hidden challenges and levers for change. At Radiate Works, our strategic scan typically takes place with top management and board leadership followed by 3-5 listening sessions at various levels of the organizations. Clients exit the strategic scan with a shared understanding of the problem to be solved.
Step 3: Workshops & Training
Our workshops and training provide highly focused learning experiences for teams eager to strengthen their understanding and capacity for key innovation practices. Design thinking, systems mapping, innovation teaming and purpose-driven culture anchor our work.

Step 2: Deep Dive
Our consulting practice provides customized engagements to meet each client’s objectives. Using the methods and practical tools of the Radiate Works process, we help teams better understand where they are now, discover hidden assets and their interconnectedness, investigate paths forward through focused analysis, and mobilize teams to activate viable, impactful solutions.
Deep Dive Engagements may include data collection, mapping, sense-making and insights, opportunity identification, brainstorming, and solution development and testing.
